Warranty conditions

  1. All the products offered by Beeston Service Middle East have 18 months warranty, the start date of which is based on the activation of its code in the peer network.
  2. Dear customers, if they don’t have access to an after-sales service agency in their city, they can send their defective device along with complete accessories, a complete description of the device defect, complete specifications and a phone number to contact the company’s address through the Islamic Republic of Iran Post. do it
  3. Providing the purchase invoice and warranty with the seller’s seal and the date of purchase is required to provide services.
  4. Regarding the devices that have an internal battery, the battery warranty is the same as the device and for 18 months.

Exchange conditions

  1. The validity period of replacing the device (in case of hardware failure) is one month from the date of activation in the peer network.
  2. If the device is referred to the company for a specific problem for the third time, the device will be replaced after the approval of technical experts.
  3. If the device is to be replaced, all the original accessories of the defective device must be sent along with the carton.

Terms of warranty cancellation

  1. Any damage caused by breakage, cracking, crushing, discoloration, electrical fluctuations, contact and penetration of chemicals and moisture, water, improper use, excessive pressure and impact (diagnosis of these cases is with technical experts).
  2. Repair and opening of the device by people other than the technical experts of the warranty center
